Lake Champlain, our " Little House in the Woods ", located on Pelot Bay, nestled
in a cedar grove, back from the private beach by approx. 100 feet and with it's
own dock, includes a 14 ft. fishing boat. The edge of the lawn has a high bank,
however there is a ramp to the water. Spacious unit completely furnished except
linens & towels, unless previous arrangements are made. The bay area is very
quiet, no traffic, telephone & no neighbors. There is no housing in sight,
except across the bay. Available most all seasons, including winter. Warm
months, fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking, wonderful biking or "just plain

Three secluded cabins, each with a sitting area, queen-size bed, and mountain-view deck, are tucked on a mountainside along trails up in the woods. Each cabin is heated with a beautiful wood stove that burns like a fireplace. The cabins are designed for romantic getaways for two.
Cabins are available from Memorial Day to the end of October.
