Recreation Dorm: A great alternative to camping. Three semi-private rooms

Barn, our Rec. Dorm has the warmth and feel of an old-fashioned summer camp.
This is ideal for small groups traveling together or those traveling on a budget

camp and conference center located at the southern tip of North Hero Island along the shores of
Lake Champlain. We have beautiful views of the lake, and breathtaking views of

River's Edge is a cottage development on the shores of historic Otter Creek at
the entrance to Lake Champlain. Much history has been written by this winding,
willow fringed and lovely river, on whose falls was born the smallest city in
the U.S., Vergennes, and the fleet which defeated the British at Plattsburg in

1-2 Bedroom Cottages. Continuous service since 1948, all our cottages were newly
renovated in 1994. Our cottages 1,2,3 are located on Route 5A in Westmore,
central to public beaches, fishing access and hiking trails. Fishing, boating,
sailboarding, canoeing. All cottages are rented with linens supplied. We rent by
the day, week or month. Special rates for summer long term rental. We have a
gift shop on premises. No pets or smoking. May 1st to Oct. 15th.
