In 2009 we will have three events: Winter Doe Camp March 13-15, Summer Doe Camp June 26-28 and Fall Doe Camp September 11-13. Sponsorship can be in the form of cash, products and/or services. Sponsors can choose to sponsor all camps, or just one. If you intend to be a product sponsor, please indicate on the following page which camp/s by checking the appropriate box. The levels below represent total monetary sponsorship.

$1-$99 Friendship Sponsor

$100-$299 Tracker Sponsor includes logo

$300-$999 Lunker Sponsor includes logo and banner at the event

The Following Sponsorship levels will also have brand logos on the front pages of the Doe Camp web pages, our monthly newsletter that goes out to 700 plus women , be able to hang banners at the event and be included on 2009 event promotional material.

Underwrite a Meal  breakfast ($250)  lunch ($450)  Friday’s dinner ($600)  Saturday dinner ($600)
You can help cover the costs of the meal or donate food/drinks. Your promotional material will be placed at each setting.

Underwrite a Program $250 per session. You could provide products or promotional materials to participants of your chosen course. Contact us for more details.

Scholarship to Doe Camp (amounts vary between Doe Camps)  $295 Summer  $245 Fall/Winter

Provide a full scholarship for a participant of your own (ie. employee/client/club member) or of our choosing. Please fill out information below regarding scholarship recipient(s) – if you need more space feel free to attach additional page.

Product Sponsor There are two categories for product sponsorship. Raffle and Gift bag:

Raffles are held at the event; women buy tickets and the proceeds help cover our expenses.

Example of Raffle donations:

- complimentary night stay in your lodge

- adventure/recreation trips or instruction

- outdoor gear ie. clothes, backpacks, fishing equipment, firearms

Gift bags are given to every participant,

Example of Gift Bag items:

- discount coupons

- body products ie. soap, lip balm

- maps

- guidebooks

- food, snacks, beverages, chocolate!

- recreation accessories
