Dear Outdoor Professional,

As the President of the Vermont Outdoor Guides Association (VOGA), it is my pleasure to extend to you and your company an invitation to attend our upcoming VOGA Annual Meeting, on April 2, 2011 at The Essex
.  The theme of this year’s annual meeting is “Risk Management”.  We’re very excited to be bringing together outdoor professionals, inn keepers and retailers for a day of great conversation and professional networking opportunities.

Bring your appetites for a great lunch put on by The Essex, Vermont’s Culinary Resort & Spa. Discounted overnight rates will be available to attendees. The doors open at 9 AM and the meeting starts at 10 AM, ending at 3 PM.

The day consists of a morning session with a discussion panel of land management and marketing professionals, a great lunch and an afternoon session with our keynote speaker, Tom Aicher of Cleary, Shahi & Aicher, P.C., who will present "Protection of Assets & Resources". There will be plenty of time for mingling and for our attendees to visit with exhibitors.

I hope that you will choose to be a part of VOGA’s 2011 annual meeting and we are excited for the opportunity to meet with you. Please contact our office if you have questions. We look forward to seeing you there!

Sincerely,

Jeremy Brooks
