Horseback Riding, Snowmobiling, Mountain Biking, Hiking
The Bunkhouse is located in a sparsely populated, mountainous area, of Central Vermont. This is one of the largest remaining tracts of land in the State with the least number of traveled public roads. The interesting attraction of all this empty land is that it is crisscrossed with endless miles of abandoned Class 4 town roads and old logging trails. These are not maintained for vehicular traffic but are still perfectly useable for the purposes we are offering. These roads and lands consist of thousands and thousands of acres of un-inhabited forest land, all accessible from the Bunkhouse. The VAST snowmobile trail is only a few hundred feet from the far end of our property. EQUESTRIAN FACILITIES: A 90 x 200 outdoor riding arena. There are six 14 ft x 30 ft paddocks with cover for your horses. A fenced in pasture with a run-in to accommodate 2-3 horses. There is a Tack Shack with saddle racks and storage for all your equipment. Lodging for you and your horse.
